TRADING HALT
The securities of Tychean Resources Limited (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Friday, 2 June 2017 or when the announcement is released to the market.

The Directors of Tychean Resources Limited request ASX grant an immediate trading halt to the Company’s securities, ASX code: TYK, pending a material announcement regarding the acquisition of Blom Diamonds.
The Company requests that the trading halt remains in place until the earlier of the commencement of trading on Friday, 2 June 2017 or the announcement to the market in relation to this matter.
The Directors confirm that there is no reason as to why this should not be granted by ASX.
