Share Purchase Plan Results
Tychean Resources Limited (Tychean or the Company) advises shareholders that the Share Purchase Plan (SPP) announced on Tuesday, 11 October 2016, closed on Thursday, 8 December 2016. The Company is pleased to announce that applications have been received for 50,357,155 new shares raising $352,500.
The new shares were issued on Thursday, 15 December 2016. It is anticipated that quotation of the new shares will occur on Friday, 16 December 2016.
Proceeds raised through the SPP will provide the Company with the requisite working capital to progress detailed due diligence on project opportunities.
