Notice under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Act)

Further to the announcement on 21 January 2015, Tychean Resources Limited ( Tychean ) advises that on 27 January 2015 it completed the issue to sophisticated and professional investors of 100,000,000 new shares ( Placement Shares ).

Tychean gives notice under section 708A(5)(e) of the Act in respect of the Placement Shares that:

1. the Placement Shares were issued without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Act;

2. as at the date of this notice Tychean has complied with the provisions of Chapter 2M as they apply to Tychean and section 674 of the Act; and

3. as at the date of this notice, there is no information that is “excluded information” within the meaning of section 708A(7) and 708A(8) of the Act which is required to be disclosed by Tychean under section 708A(6)(e) of the Act.
