Notice under ASIC Class Order [CO 09/425] (Class Order)

Further to the announcement on 19 February 2015, Tychean Resources Limited ( Tychean ) advises that the Share Purchase Plan (SPP) will be open for applications on 27 February 2015.

Tychean gives notice in accordance with the Class Order that:

1. it will make offers to issue shares under the SPP without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) ( Act );

2. as at the date of this notice Tychean has complied with the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Act as they apply to Tychean and section 674 of the Act; and

3. as at the date of this notice, there is no information that is “excluded information” within the meaning of section 708A(7) and (8) of the Act as if the notice were a notice under paragraph 708A(5)(e) of the Act.
