TRADING HALT
The securities of Tychean Resources Limited (Company) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Tuesday, 15 December 2015 or when the announcement is released to the market.

TRADING HALT REQUEST (Code: TYK)
Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Tychean Resources Limited (ASX:TYK) ( the Company ) requests that a trading halt be granted by the ASX from the commencement of trading on 11 December 2015 until the commencement of trading on 15 December 2015 with respect to the Company’s fully paid ordinary shares.
For the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 17.1, the Company provides the following information:

(a) the trading halt is necessary pending an announcement by the Company regarding a Capital Raising; and
-
(b) the Company requests that the trading halt continues until the earlier of the Company making an announcement regarding matters above and the commencement of trading on 15 December 2015; and
-
(c) the Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
