Board Changes
Dreadnought Resources Limited (“Dreadnought” or “the Company”, ASX: DRE) advises that non-executive director Dr Robert (Rob) Gee has decided to resign from the Board at the upcoming Annual General Meeting effective 28 November 2024.
The Company’s Chair, Paul Chapman commented “Rob is an experienced hydrometallurgist with skills that contributed to significant advancement across a range of projects and, in particular, at the Mangaroon REE and Critical Minerals Project. We have valued Rob’s experience and insights during his time on the Board. On behalf of the Board and Dreadnought team, we wish Rob success as he focuses on his other business interests”.
Following Rob’s resignation, directors will control ~13% of the shares in Dreadnought having invested a total of $7.02m into the Company.
