APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY
Dreadnought Resources Limited (“ Dreadnought ”) advises that Ms Jessamyn Lyons has been appointed as a Company Secretary of Dreadnought effective from 1 July 2020.
Ms Lyons is a Chartered Secretary, an Associate of the Governance Institute of Australia and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia with majors in Investment Finance, Corporate Finance and Marketing. Ms Lyons is also a Director of Everest Corporate and company secretary of Doriemus PLC, Southern Hemisphere Mining Limited, RBR Group Limited and Los Cerros Limited. Ms Lyons also has 15 years of experience working in the stockbroking and banking industries and has held various positions with Macquarie Bank, UBS Investment Bank (London) and more recently Patersons Securities.
Mr Nick Day has resigned as a company secretary, effective 15 July 2020. Nick has played a pivotal role in the establishment of Dreadnought as it is today and in the acquisition of the Tarraji-Yampi and Rocky Dam projects. The Board wishes to express their appreciation to Nick for his contribution to the Company.
