CONSOLIDATION OF DREADNOUGHT TEAM FROM ADELAIDE TO PERTH
Dreadnought Resources Ltd (“Dreadnought” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce that the organisation will be consolidating its operational and administrative functions from Adelaide, South Australia to Perth, Western Australia effective 1 July 2019.
As a consequence of this consolidation, the following changes will be made:

Change of Company Secretary
Secretarial and administrative services will transition from Dreadnought’s Adelaide office to Perth. Nicholas Day will be appointed to the role of Joint Company Secretary effective 1 July 2019. Kaitlin Smith will remain as a Joint Company Secretary until the transition from Adelaide to Perth is complete.
