CHANGE OF SECRETARY
ERO Mining Limited (ASX: ERO) wishes to advise that effective immediately, Mr Peter Kupniewski has replaced Mr David Godfrey as Secretary of the Company.
Mr Kupniewski holds a degree of Bachelor of Laws and is a partner with DMAW Lawyers. He is experienced in advising listed companies in relation to compliance with the Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rules, the acquisition and disposal of assets and the resolution of disputes. Mr Kupniewski has also acted in IPOs, placements, rights issues, capital reductions and reconstructions, share plans, option issues and all aspects of corporate law.
