RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Eromanga Uranium Limited advises the resignation of Dr Kevin Wills from the Board of the Company effective 30 September 2009. Dr Wills is stepping down from his role as a Non-Executive Director to concentrate on his duties as Managing Director of Flinders Mines Ltd.
Dr Wills is a foundation member of the Board and has been a driving force behind the formation and evolution of Eromanga Uranium. His expansive knowledge of the Australian resources industry, and the exploration sector in particular, has been invaluable to the growth of the Company during a period of unprecedented financial turmoil.
On behalf of both the Board and the employees of Eromanga Uranium I would take this opportunity to thank Dr Wills for his commitment and support for the Company over the last three years. I am confident that the foundations that he has helped to lay will result in ongoing success for all stakeholders of the Company into the future.
