Eromanga Uranium Limited advises that David W Godfrey has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of the Company, replacing the previous Company Secretary.
Mr Godfrey has more than 18 years experience in the resources industry and has been Company Secretary of numerous listed and proprietary companies and has also held senior finance roles for major corporations in Australia and New Zealand. Mr Godfrey holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) and a Graduate Diploma in Accounting from Flinders University, South Australia. He is a member of the Australian Society of CPAs, the Financial Services Institute and the Finance and Treasury Association.
