CHANGE OF AUDITOR AND CHANGE OF ADDRESS
The Directors of Dreadnought Resources Limited ( ASX: DRE ) (“ Dreadnought ” or “the Company” ) advise that, they have recently resolved to appoint Nexia Perth Audit Services Pty Ltd to perform the audit function of the Company.
In accordance with subsection 329 (5) of the Corporations Act 2001 and having received the consent of the Australian Securities and Investment Commission (ASIC), Pitcher Partners BA&A Pty Ltd has resigned as Auditor of the Company. Pursuant to subsection 329(8)(b) of the Corporations Act 2001, and in accordance with Regulatory Guide RG26.59-26.61 issued by the ASIC, the resignation takes effect from the date of this notice.
The Company would like to thank Pitcher Partners BA&A Pty Ltd for their services with regards to the audit of the Company.
The Company further advises that, in accordance with Listing Rule 3.14, its Principal Place of Business and Registered Office has changed effective immediately.
The Company’s new addresses are as follows:
