~~New Opportunities~~

→ Tanami JV (NT) Tychean 15%

• Tychean has been working on several potential transactions that can add significant value to existing shareholders

• Due diligence undertaken on opportunities both within and outside the resource sector

• ASX has released more stringent Listing Rules regarding ‘backdoor listings’ that preclude Tychean from disclosing any arrangements until after a transaction has been consummated

• Each transaction also subject to individual confidentiality agreements preventing public disclosure

• Listing Rules now place significantly higher hurdles on new transactions for junior companies such as Tychean

• Tychean to continue to conduct thorough due diligence in the best interests of existing shareholders so as to stimulate interest in the company and lead to positive outcomes

~~New Opportunities~~

→ Tanami JV (NT) Tychean 15% On 2 November 2016, Tychean noted that the ASX released its final package of changes to its Listings Rules and Guidance Notes:

• Financial threshold under profit test must be at least $500,000 (up from $400,000) for the 12 months prior to admission

• Net tangible assets test has been increased from $3 million to $4 million

• Market capitalisation test has been increased from $10 million to $15 million

• New minimum free float requirement of at least 20% at the time of admission

• New single-tier spread test requiring at least 300 non-affiliated security holders each holding a parcel of non-restricted securities with a value of at least $2,000

• Entities seeking admission under the assets test must produce audited accounts for the last 2 full financial years prior to admission

• A standardised $1.5 million working capital requirement for all entities under the assets test has been introduced

Whilst placing higher hurdles on companies such as Tychean, the Company will continue to conduct thorough due diligence in the interests of maximising shareholder value
