Drax Group plc (the Company) announces that following the purchased ordinary shares on Monday, 21 January 2019, the Company's £50 million share buyback programme, managed by J.P. Morgan Securities plc, which was announced on 20 April 2018, was completed in accordance with its terms. In aggregate between 20 April 2018 and 21 January 2019, the Company repurchased 13,841,295 ordinary shares.
