Will Gardiner and Andy Skelton, each a PDMR, have notified the Company that they have purchased ordinary shares in the Company.

Will Gardiner has notified the Company that on 31 March 2020 he purchased 97,500 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 153.07 pence per share. Following the transaction, Will Gardiner's total shareholding in the Company is 389,046 shares.

Andy Skelton has notified the Company that on 31 March 2020 he purchased 50,824 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 156.62 pence per share. Following the transaction, Andy Skelton's total shareholding in the Company is 82,074 shares.
