APPOINTMENT AND RESIGNATION OF DIRECTORS

The Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Samson Paper Holdings Limited (the “Company”) announces that Ms MA Hui Hsing has resigned as Non-executive Director of the Company with effect from January 1, 2003 and Mr YEO Choon Tat has been appointed as Nonexecutive Director with effect from the same date.

On behalf of the Board, we would like to welcome Mr YEO Choon Tat to the Board and to express our thanks to Ms MA Hui Hsing for her past service rendered to the Company.
