This is with reference to our intimation sent to you on March 19, 2021 under Regulation 10(5) of Takeover Regulations. The intimation was pertaining to the intention of Mr. Gunupati Venkateswara Prasad, Promoter of Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Limited (‘Company’), to execute off market inter-se transfer of 11,17,940 equity shares of the Company by way of gift, to Gunupati Venkateswara Prasad - HUF which is also a part of the existing Promoter group of the Company.

In this regard, we would like to inform you that Gunupati Venkateswara Prasad - HUF has acquired 11,17,940 equity shares from Mr. Gunupati Venkateswara Prasad, Promoter of the Company on March 26, 2021, by way of gift.

Consequent to the above transfer, the shareholding of Gunupati Venkateswara Prasad - HUF will increase from Nil to 11,17,940 (0.67%). The aggregate holding of the Promoter group shall remain same post this transaction.

In this regard, the following documents are enclosed herewith for your information and records:

1. Disclosure under Regulation 10(6) of the Takeover Regulations; and

2. Disclosure under Regulation 29(2) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
