CERTIFICATE UNDER REGULATIONS 40(9) OF SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE BOARD OF INDIA (LISTING OlLIGATIONS AND DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS) REGULATIONS, 2015 FOR THE HALF YEAR ENDED 31[st ] MARCH, 2021

We have examined all Share Transfer Deeds, Memorandum of Transfers, Registers, files and other documents relating to Dr. Reddy's Laboratories Limited (Company) having its registered office at 8-2-337, Road No.3, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad-500034, Telangana, maintained by the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RT A), M/s Bigshare Services Private Limited having its office at 306, 3rd floor, right wing, Amrutha Ville, Opp. Yashoda Hospital, Raj Bhavan Road, Somajiguda, Hyderabad-500082, pertaining to transfer of Equity Shares of the Company for the period from 1[st ] October, 2020 to 31[st ] March, 2021, for the purpose of issuing a Certificate as per Regulation 40(9) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and the Listing Agreement entered into by, Dr. Reddy's Laboratories Limited with National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) and BSE Limited (BSE) and based on the information provided by the Company/RT A, we hereby certify that:

• A. the Company has delivered during the half year ended on 31[st ] March, 2021 share certificates in respect of requests received during the period from 1[st ] October, 2020 to 31[s][t] March, 2021 for duplicate and transmission within stipulated time except those rejected on technical grounds;

• B. the Company has received one request for transfer of shares pertaining to re-lodgement of share transfer deed during the period from 1st October, 2020 to 31st March, 2021 and the confirmation letter has been dispatched within stipulated time, in compliance with in compliance with applicable SEBI Circulars w.r.t standardised norms for transfer of securities in physical mode. Further, as mandated by SEBI, the shares that are re-lodged for transfer shall be issued only in demat mode and hence the duly endorsed original share certificates are retained by the Company/RT A.

• C. the Company has not received any request for split, replacement/renewal, sub-division, consolidation, exchange or endorsement of calls/allotment monies during period 1[st ] October, 2020 to 31[st ] March, 2021.
