Notification of Transactions by Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility
Dr. Martens plc (the "Company") announces that it has been notified of the following transactions in the Company's Ordinary shares undertaken on behalf of directors / persons discharging managerial responsibility ('PDMRs') under the Company's Global Bonus Scheme.
Under the terms of the Company's Remuneration Policy, one third of any annual bonus payable to the Executive Directors each year, net of tax and national insurance, will be used to purchase shares which the Executive Directors are required to hold for two years.
The relevant notifications set out below are provided in accordance with the requirements of Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation.
