Finland, has informed us according to section 21, para. 1 WpHG that via
shares its Voting Rights on Dr. Hönle AG, Munich, Germany, have exceeded
the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on August 23, 2013 and on that day
amounted to 3.32% (this corresponds to 183,000 Voting Rights).

2) On August 27, 2013, Taaleritehdas Fund Management Ltd, Helsinki,
Finland, has informed us according to section 21, para. 1 WpHG that via
shares its Voting Rights on Dr. Hönle AG, Munich, Germany, have exceeded
the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on August 23, 2013 and on that day
amounted to 3.32% (this corresponds to 183,000 Voting Rights).
Of this percentage of Taaleritehdas ArvoRein Equity Fund, Helsinki, Finland
3.32% (this corresponds to 183,000 Voting Rights) is allocated to the
Taaleritehdas Fund Management Ltd according to section 22 para. 1 sent. 1
no. 6 WpHG.

3) On August 27, 2013, Taaleritehdas Wealth Management Ltd, Helsinki,
Finland, has informed us according to section 21, para. 1 WpHG that via
shares its Voting Rights on Dr. Hönle AG, Munich, Germany, have exceeded
the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on August 23, 2013 and on that day
amounted to 3.32% (this corresponds to 183,000 Voting Rights).
Of this percentage of Taaleritehdas ArvoRein Equity Fund, Helsinki, Finland
3.32% (this corresponds to 183,000 Voting Rights) is allocated to the
Taaleritehdas Wealth Management Ltd according to section 22 para. 1 sent. 1
no. 6 WpHG.

us according to section 21, para. 1 WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights
on Dr. Hönle AG, Munich, Germany, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the
Voting Rights on August 23, 2013 and on that day amounted to 3.32% (this
corresponds to 183,000 Voting Rights).
Of this percentage of Taaleritehdas ArvoRein Equity Fund, Helsinki, Finland
