CONSENT OF QUALIFIED PERSON

I, Malcolm Titley, MAIG, state that I am responsible for preparing or supervising the preparation of parts of the Technical Report entitled “Technical Report - Mineral Resource Estimate for Dumitru Potok, Frasen and Rakita North Prospects, Eastern Serbia”; with an effective date of 16 January 2026 (the “Technical Report”).

Furthermore, I state that:

(a) I consent to the public filing of the Technical Report by DPM Metals Inc.

(b) The document that the Technical Report supports is the December 2, 2026 press release titled “DPM Metals Announces Inferred Mineral Resource Estimates of 2.6 Million Gold Ounces and 1.9 Billion Pounds of Copper at the Rakita Camp” (the “Document”).

(c) I consent to the use of my name in the Document, or any quotation from or summarization, in the Document of the parts of the Technical Report for which I am responsible.

(d) I confirm that I have read the Document, and that the Document fairly and accurately represents, in the form and context in which it appears, the information in the parts of the Technical Report for which I am responsible.
