Grant of Share Options to PDMRs, Share Issue and Total Voting Rights                    

DP Poland plc announces that on 14 May 2019 it granted the following option awards to Directors under the Company annual remuneration policy.

The share options are exercisable at 0.5 pence per Ordinary Share and vest after a two year period.

Additionally, DP Poland has issued 346,040 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to satisfy existing staff share incentive plans. Application for 346,040 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM will be made and admission is expected on 22 May 2019 ("Admission"). The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury. Following Admission, the total number of Ordinary Shares and voting rights in the Company will be 249,834,837.          

This figure of 249,834,837 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules
