Director / PDMR Shareholding

DP Poland plc was notified today that on the same day the following Director/PDMR have exercised options over 3,368,077 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") all at an exercise price of 0.5p per share. Application for 3,135,592 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM has been made. The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury. Following admission, the total number of Ordinary Shares and voting rights in the Company will be 152,550,704.
