The Company was informed today that Chris Moore, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, acquired 100,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 14 June at 33p each. Following this acquisition Chris Moore has a beneficial interest in 2,955,333 Ordinary Shares representing 2.27% of the issued share capital in the Company.
