Director Appointment

The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Howard Millar as a director of the Company with effect from 24 July 2025.

Mr Millar brings a wealth of experience in the aviation industry to the Board, having served as Deputy CEO and CFO of Ryanair Holdings PLC from 1992 to 2014 and where he continues to serve on the board as a non-executive director.  Ryanair is listed on NASDAQ and Euronext Dublin.  Mr Millar is the Co-Founder and former CEO of Sirius Aviation Capital Holdings, a global aircraft leasing company headquartered in Abu Dhabi. He has also served on the boards of several international aviation businesses, including Viva Colombia and Viva Peru Airlines, ASL Airlines (a leading global cargo operator), and Applegreen Group, a former UK-listed forecourt retailer with operations across the USA, UK, and Ireland.

Mr. Millar is a 50% shareholder of Brightstar Capital, which holds 12,698,000 ordinary shares in the Company.

Chairman Jon Bridel said "We are pleased to welcome Howard to the Board. His extensive experience will be of great benefit to the Company as we refinance the current facilities and transition the aircraft from Thai to LOT towards the end of 2026."
