WEDNESDAY, 2 APRIL 2014

SETTLEMENT – DOWNER EDI

1. The Board of Directors of Bentham IMF Limited (“IMF”) refers to IMF’s announcement of 27 February 2014 and now confirms that the settlement with Downer EDI has become unconditional.

2. It is estimated that IMF will generate revenue of $11.3M and a profit after capitalised overheads but before tax of about $10M which will be recognised in the second half of FY2014.
