RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY

Downer EDI Limited (Downer) announced today that Peter Tompkins has resigned as Company Secretary following his appointment as Chief Executive Officer of Spotless Group Holdings Limited.

Peter Lyons, who has been joint Company Secretary since 2011, remains Company Secretary.

Mr Lyons will be the representative responsible under ASX Listing Rule 12.6 for communication with the ASX in relation to Listing Rule matters.
