APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY

Downer EDI Limited (Downer) announced today that Robert Regan has been appointed Group General Counsel and Company Secretary. He will commence in the role on 1 January 2019.

Mr Regan has held a range of senior legal positions in a career spanning more than 25 years, most recently in the role of Partner-In-Charge, Sydney for Corrs Chambers Westgarth.

Peter Lyons will continue in his role as Company Secretary and both Mr Lyons and Mr Regan are nominated persons under ASX Listing Rule 12.6 for communication with the ASX in relation to Listing Rule matters.
