ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING KEVIN FLETCHER

It is with great sadness that Downer advises of the passing of Kevin Fletcher, the Chief Financial Officer of Downer Group.

Kevin passed away early Sunday morning and Downer’s deepest sympathies and prayers are with his family and friends.

Kevin’s contribution to Downer has been enormous since he joined the company in early 2010 and he will be greatly missed.

Downer’s Deputy Chief Financial Officer, Michael Ferguson, has been appointed Acting Chief Financial Officer.
