CALENDAR OF KEY DATES

Downer EDI Limited (Downer) today announced that its Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held virtually on Thursday, 4 November 2021 at 11.00am (AEST). Shareholders will be advised of further details regarding the AGM in the Notice of Meeting, which will be provided separately.

The key shareholder dates for the remainder of 2021 are as follows:

Last day to receive director nominations 3 September 2021 Interim dividend paid 23 September 2021 Notice of Annual General Meeting available 30 September 2021 Annual General Meeting 4 November 2021

Depending on circumstances, these dates may change. Any change will be advised through the Australian Securities Exchange and New Zealand Stock Exchange.
