Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities
The Company announces that on 21 March 2024, ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares") were purchased by Liam Butterworth, CEO of the Company and Roberto Fioroni, CFO of the Company (each Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs")), as listed below.

The Shares were purchased as part of the Company's annual bonus arrangements for the 2023 financial year. Each PDMR converted a portion of their net annual bonus into Shares.
