INCREASE IN NUMBER OF SHARES IN DOVRE GROUP PLC

A total of 300,000 new shares in Dovre Group Plc have been subscribed for with
the company’s 2010C stock option series on February 15, 2017. The total
subscription price, EUR 81,000, has been recorded in the company’s reserve for
non-restricted equity.

The increase in the company’s number of shares has been entered in the Finnish
trade register today, March 6, 2017.

After the registration, there are a total of 100,168,769 shares in the company.
The share capital of the company has not changed. The company’s registered
share capital is EUR 9,603,084.48.

Trading with the new shares alongside the company’s old shares will commence in
Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd on March 7, 2017. The trading symbol of Dovre Group’s
shares is DOV1V.

The subscription period of the company’s 2010C stock option series ended on
February 28, 2017. The remaining 270,000 option rights expired as unused.
