NOTIFICATION PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 9, SECTION 5 OF THE FINNISH SECURITIES MARKETS ACT: ETRA CAPITAL OY

Dovre Group Plc has received a notification pursuant to Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act from Erkki Etola on November 11, 2019. According to the notification, the ownership of Etra Capital Oy (business ID 2305147-6) to shares and voting rights in Dovre Group Plc has increased above 15%. Etra Capital Oy is an entity controlled by Erkki Etola.

After the notification, Etra Capital Oy’s ownership of all shares in Dovre Group Plc is 19.62% and the number of shares and voting rights is 20,000,000.

Dovre Group Plc’s registered total number of shares is 101,946,747.
