Restructuring of Commuter As, Dovre Group’s Biggest Shareholder Completed

**RESTRUCTURING OF COMMUTER AS, DOVRE GROUP’S BIGGEST SHAREHOLDER COMPLETED

(Chapter 9, Section 10 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act)**

On December 19, 2017, Dovre Group Plc has received notifications from Commuter AS and Commuter 2 AS, both entities controlled by Frank Ween, pursuant to Chapter 9 Section 5 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act.

Dovre Group Plc’s biggest shareholder Commuter AS holding 17.12 % of shares and voting rights in Dovre Group Plc, decided on October 24, 2017 to merge with a newly established Norwegian company Commuter 2 AS (business identity code 919761474). All the shares, 17,145,938 pieces, which Commuter AS holds in Dovre Group Plc are transferred to Commuter 2 AS due to the merger. The merger was completed on December 18, 2017.

Dovre Group Plc’s registered total number of shares is 100,168,769.
