The Annual General Meeting of Dovre Group Plc held on March 28, 2018, decided that out of the annual compensation to be paid to the Board members, 40 % of the total gross compensation will be used to purchase Dovre Group Plc’s shares (DOV1V) in trading through Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd.

Ilari Koskelo was nominated as the Vice Chairman of the Board in the meeting of Dovre Group Plc’s Board on August 31, 2018. Previously Ilari Koskelo was a member of the Board. Dovre Group Plc has acquired shares to Ilari Koskelo as follows:
