INFORMATION ABOUT THE PURCHASE OF TREASURY SHARES IN THE PERIOD DECEMBER 4 – DECEMBER 8, 2023
Rome, December 11, 2023 – doValue S.p.A. ("doValue" or the "Company") announces that between December 4 and December 8, 2023, it has acquired, on the Euronext Milan market organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., 46,000 own shares at a volume-weighted average price of Euro 3.1605 per share for a total consideration of Euro 145,385.
The transaction follows up on the announcement on October 9, 2023, concerning the start of a share buyback program (the "Program"), implementing the authorization granted by the Shareholders' Meeting held on April 27 th, 2023, and currently ongoing.
On the basis of the information provided by the intermediary engaged to execute the purchases, the following table summarizes, in daily and aggregate form, doValue ordinary shares' purchases carried out by the intermediary during the period indicated above.

Since the beginning of the Program, doValue has acquired 623,400 own shares (equal to 0.7793% of the share capital), for a total consideration of Euro 1,957,285. Considering the treasury shares already owned, doValue holds, as of December 8, 2023, a total of 1,456,018 treasury shares, equal to 1.820% of the share capital.
