Rome, October 21st, 2021 – doValue S.p.A. ("doValue", the "Company" or the "Group") announces that, today, it has made available to the public, at the registered office, through publication on the Company's website, at www.dovalue.it in the "Governance / Related Parties" section, as well as on the authorized storage mechanism "EMarket STORAGE" (), the information document pursuant to art. 5 of Consob Regulation no. 17221/2010 relating to the investment operation in the "Frontier Project" aimed at acquiring the management contract for the securitized portfolio originated by National Bank of Greece, signed on October 15th , 2021, and announced with a press release on the same date.
