doBank approves the signing of a commitment letter for a 30 milion investment in Atlante II Fund
Verona, 17 October 2017 – The Board of Directors of doBank S.p.A. ("doBank") has approved the signing of a commitment letter for a 30 million euro investment in Atlante II Fund, managed by Quaestio SGR and exclusively dedicated to investments in junior and mezzanine tranches of securitizations entailing non-performing loans, in line with doBank's co-investment strategy.
The investment remains subject to the completion of the transaction involving the rescue of Cassa di Risparmio di Rimini, Cassa di Risparmio di Cesena and Cassa di Risparmio di San Miniato as well as to the execution of final contractual documentation.

The Gross Revenues of the doBank Group as of December 31, 2016, as resulting from the Pro-Forma Consolidated Statements, were approximately €206.2 million and consisted for 93% of Servicing Revenues, for 4% of Revenues from ancillary products and for the remaining 3% of Revenues deriving from minor banking activities.
