NOTICE OF FILING OF THE UPDATED BY-LAWS

Rome, December 19th, 2024 – doValue S.p.A. ("doValue" or the "Company", Euronext Milan DOV.MI) informs that, following the filing with the Companies' Register of Verona on December 18, 2024, the new text of the Bylaws is available to the public at the Company's registered office in Verona, on the Company's website (www.dovalue.it) in the section "Governance" and on the website of the authorized storage mechanism "eMarket Storage" ().

The new text of the bylaws reflects the new composition of the share capital following the issuance of n. 170,140,355 ordinary shares without par value as part of the rights issue completed on December 18 th 2024. The share capital, fully subscribed and paid-up, amounts to Euro 68,614,035.50, divided into n. 190,140,355 ordinary shares without par value.
