DOBANK: NOTICE OF CALL OF ORDINARY SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING

Verona, March 8th 2018 – In today's Meeting The Board of Directors of doBank S.p.A. (the "Company" or "doBank"), has passed, inter alia, to call the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting on 19th April 2018, in single call, for the Approval of the financial statements at 31 December 2017, Allocation of the financial year profit and distribution of dividend, Appointment of Board of Directors and of the Board of Auditors and the Remuneration policies.

The Notice of call will be published on March 9th, 2018 on the Company's website at www.dobank.com, Section Governance – Shareholders' Meeting - https://www.dobank.com/en/governance/shareholders-meeting and at the storage mechanism called "eMarket Storage", managed by Spafid Connect SpA and available on the website and, as an abstract, on the newspaper MF/ Milano Finanza.
