Athens, March 26, 2025 – doValue S.p.A. ("doValue" or the "Company", Euronext Milan DOV.MI), leading strategic financial services, real estate management, and value-added services provider in Southern Europe, is pleased to announce that through its subsidiary, doValue Greece Loans and Credits Claim Management S.A. ("doValue Greece"), it has signed an agreement with National Bank of Greece ("NBG") in relation to the appointment as servicer of a portfolio to be securitised in relation to which NBG has entered into a definitive agreement with funds managed by Bracebridge Capital, LLC ("Bracebridge"), for the sale of 95% of the Mezzanine and Junior notes. The securitisation involves a Greek portfolio consisting primarily of secured non-performing loans (NPL) for a Gross Book Value of approximately €0.7 billion and total claims of €1.4 billion ("Project Frontier III") for which doValue Greece will act as sole and exclusive servicer.
doValue Greece RES will also provide REO services for the entire perimeter, increasing and further diversifying doValue's revenue beyond NPLs.
The agreement is subject to the completion of the securitisation process of such portfolio by NBG under the Hellenic Asset Protection Scheme (HAPS), which is expected to be finalised within Q2 2025.
The assignment of Project Frontier III contract reflects not only NBG's trust in doValue Greece following Project Frontier I and II HAPS securitizations, but also the strong relationship we have developed with very active investors in the region.
The mandate marks the continued positive momentum from the start of the year as the group reaches €6.1 billion GBV from new business, surpassing the €6 billion target for new mandates and reaching over 75% of the target of total GBV from new business for the entire 2025 as outlined in the 2024-2026 business plan.
