FITCH AFFIRMS BB RATING AND IMPROVES OUTLOOK TO POSITIVE
Rome, July 12th , 2022 – doValue S.p.A. ("doValue", the "Company") is pleased to communicate that Fitch Ratings has improved the Company's outlook to "Positive" (from "Stable") and affirmed its Long-Term Issuer Default Rating (IDR) at "BB".
doValue's €265 million and €300 million senior bonds due in 2025 and 2026 have also been affirmed at "BB".
According to Fitch Ratings, the "Positive" outlook reflects the expectation of continuing growth of doValue's franchise and further diversification by customer and geography.
