RESIGNATION OF A MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Rome, June 14th, 2023 – doValue S.p.A. ("doValue", the "Company") communicates that, following the signing of the shareholders' agreement between Fortress and Bain Capital on June 13th, 2023, already disclosed to the market, Emanuela Da Rin, member of the Board of Directors di doValue, has today resigned (with immediate effect).

The Board of Directors of doValue thanks Emanuela Da Rin for the commitment and professionality demonstrated during her activity as Board member.
