Resignation of a Director

Rome, 10 May 2021 - doValue announces that it has received today the resignation, with immediate effect, of the non-executive Director Patrizia Michela Giangualano, due to arisen professional commitments.

Ms. Giangualano, appointed as director by the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting held on 29 April 2021 as a member taken from the list presented by Studio Legale Trevisan & Associati on behalf of a group of institutions investors, is not a member of any internal board committee and had not previously held any position in doValue.

Therefore, in the next weeks, the Company will proceed with the appointment of a new director, having the requisites of independence, by co-opting, in compliance with the provisions of the law and the By-Laws and will promptly inform the market.
