Press release APPOINTMENT OF THE MEMBERS OF ENDOCONSILIARY COMMITTEE
Rome, 2021, July 15th
The Board of Directors of doValue today resolved to appoint the members of the Risks and Related Party Transactions Committee, who are assigned the control and risk functions, including the supervision of issues relating to related party transactions.
The Committee is made up of the Directors Marella Idi Maria Villa, Chairman, (Non-executive and independent director), Giovanni Battista Dagnino (Non-executive and independent director) and Roberta Neri (Non-executive director).
