Roma, 25 January 2019 – The Board of Directors, having received the opinion of the Appointments Committee, has appointed by co-optation, as per art. 2386 of the Italian Civil Code and following article 13 of the corporate bylaws, Ms. Marella Idi Maria Villa as non-executive, non-independent director.
The nomination follows the resignation, received on October 17 2018, of Ms. Paola Bruno, non-executive and non-independent director. The new member of the board will remain in office until the next shareholders' meeting. The curriculum vitae is available on the company's website at www.dobank.com, under the Governance section.
The Board of Directors, having received the opinion of the Appointments Committee, has moreover appointed Mr. Giovanni Castellaneta, President of the Board of Directors, as new member of the Risk and Transactions with Connected Persons Committee, in substitution of Ms. Paola Bruno.
