PUBLICATION OF THE MINUTES OF THE ORDINARY AND EXTRAORDINARY SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING HELD ON APRIL 27th, 2023, AND UPDATED BY-LAWS

Roma, May 26th, 2023 – The minutes of the Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting held on April 27 th , 2023, together with the By-laws as amended by the extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of April 27 th , 2023, are available to the public at the registered office, on the Company's website at www.dovalue.it at the section "Governance – Shareholders' Meeting April 27th, 2023" and at the eMarket Storage storage mechanism consultable at the website .
