The 4,000,000 Unquoted Options will be subject to Vesting Conditions. The Options will Vest in 12 equal Tranches of 333,333 Options each 3 month. Tranche 1 will vest on 25 November 2023 and Tranche 12 will vest on 25 August 2023. The Options for each Tranche will be subject to the distributor achieving agreed distribution targets in respect of the preceding quarter. The Tranche Options may be cancelled either in whole or in part at the Board's discretion if agreed targets are not met.
