Release of Securities from Escrow
Dotz Nano Limited (“Dotz Nano” or the “Company”) , a nano-technology company focusing on the development, manufacture and commercialisation of graphene quantum dots (GQDs), advises that the following securities will be released from escrow.
These performance shares have not yet been satisfied and remain subject to the vesting conditions as set out in the Company’s prospectus dated 24 August 2016.
