SHARE CANCELLATION

Northern Iron Limited (ASX: NFE, “Company”) advises that withdrawal requests have been processed in respect of 8,662,139 shares issued under the Company’s Retail Entitlement Offer and that a corresponding number of fully paid ordinary shares are thereby to be cancelled.

Following the cancellation the Company will have 484,405,314 fully paid ordinary shares on issue.
